Honda Motor to Teach Problem SMK
The automotive world will not be detached from the world of education, this is the reason PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) develop technical curriculum motorcycle for Vocational School (SMK) in Jakarta and surrounding areas
"It's one of our CSR in the field of education. This program is an effort to bridge the educational and industrial world. And our activities in line with the activities of the Astra, this form of our contribution in education," said Head of Corporate Communication AHM Kristanto, the SMK Kencana 1 , Pol 13A, North Jakarta Tanjung Priok.
This program is the second program AHM in education after the program Ethics Passing Traffic (Safety Riding) since 2010.
"Motorcycles are very advanced with technological developments. But today we can see the world of education is not inferior to the technology. We want to give our technological development. In the era of PGM-FI we want variety," said Kristanto.
The curriculum is provided with main dealer PT AHM. True Makmur rides implemented in 4 schools in Jakarta, Tangerang (SMK Kencana 1 Jakut, SMK Negeri 6 Tangerang, West Jakarta SMK 53 and SMK Negeri 3 South Tangerang). This curriculum is a blend of Competition-Competition Standard Base (SK-KD) with the education level of a mechanic training materials.
"This is a concrete step, we provide curriculum materials, workmanship and dealers provide practice. Each school will be given in accordance AHASS workshop. And we have this melakukaan in several provinces, and many provinces are waiting," he concluded.
