Recent 400cc Honda engine
Honda announces new engine capacity of 400 cc motorcycles. This machine will target markets of Asia and South East Asia (ASEAN).
Using a base of 500 cc were held by Honda 500 series which was introduced last year.
Have the same architecture with 500 cc engine, it's just a change to the step stroke shortened from 66.8 mm to 56.6 mm, while the bore (diameter) 67 mm unchanged.

For strength there is still no explanation from the horse-iron manufacturer from Japan. Predicted by the amount of power between 35-40 hp and a maximum of 9500 rpm.
If Honda has set up a special 400 cc engine for Asia and Southeast Asia suspected there will be new products with a capacity of 400 cc. Possible 500 series (CBR500 and CB500) who has breezed in Europe, it could be for the Asia and South East Asia only 400 cc engine.
