2013 Honda Test of Expertise
To improve the quality of service to customers, PT. Honda Prospect Motor (HPM) held a Honda Skill Contest 2013. This contest has entered the final round on.
The event was the ninth time this was held at the Training Center facility in Jakarta HPM involves salespeople, service technicians, spare parts and customer care officer from all authorized Honda dealers in Indonesia.
Before entering the final round in Jakarta, a similar contest was held in five main dealer of Honda, which oversees much as 89 authorized Honda dealers throughout Indonesia.
In the final round, there were 70 personnel dealers competing in this event. The finalists consisted of 10 salespeople, service technicians 40 people consisting of the Repair Technician, Service Advisor and Technician Maintenance Quick Pair. In addition, there are 10 people out of spare parts and 10 people from the customer care officer who will contest this expertise.
The ten salespeople who become finalists from more than 10 dealers. The salesman was tested product knowledge and the ability to serve customers better through the written test and role play.
"Every activity in this contest specifically designed to cultivate professionalism nature of any Honda dealer personnel that directly relate to our customers. We expect what they accomplished in this contest can be applied in their daily work," said Jonfis Fandy , Marketing & aftersales Service Director PT HPM in a press release on Thursday (7/2).
Honda Skill Contest is an annual program held annually by the HPM. In addition to enhancing the knowledge and skills of the salesperson, service technicians, spare parts and Honda customer care officer. The event also aims to ultimately improve customer satisfaction Honda.
