Video Honda Dual Clutch technology introduced
Not only in the world of cars that use technology Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT). But the bike will soon follow the same trail and Honda introduce this technology through an interesting video.
At the moment the use of vehicles with automatic transmission systems increasingly prevalent in both cars and motorcycles. Various development for this technology continues to be done in order to achieve a better level of efficiency. For that emerging generation Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT).
The term Dual Clutch transmission system is already familiar to the ear, but to use the car. However, Honda motorcycle manufacturer to apply similar technology for motorcycles. Plans to start, Honda will apply to a few variants matic motor to motor sport types.
Dual Clutch Transmission will not be different from those used in automobiles. Only rely on motorcycle keys and no lever as the car generally, there will be the N, S, D and the + / - button to select manual operation.
