Honda ideals: Small Engine Powered Large
Honda is successful enough to introduce fuel-efficient engines, the proof can be seen in the Honda Jazz. Despite the intended destination is reached, ideals Honda did not stop there.
Continuing the trend of fuel-efficient engines, Honda has just announced aspire to own a car engine capacity is small but has great power.
Moreover, small-capacity engine was prevalent in ASEAN, especially in Indonesia. Honda also said that such offers 1,000 cc engine with a power 100 horsepower (hp).
"I have to make 1000 cc and 100 hp. Tendency to have a 1,500 cc car under very great, why? Because people feel that is enough machines in Indonesia," said Director of Marketing and Sales Service PT Honda Prospect Motor (HPM) Jonfis Fandy in Jakarta.
According Jonfis, the car will be many takers. Moreover the economic value of fuel oil is very attached to the car in question.
"It's HP (horse power) rises, the fuel consumption down. That's what R & D," he concluded.
Unfortunately this is still a case of wishful thinking, but the intention behind Jonfis quite optimistic and believe the car is selling like hotcakes. One who makes sure Jonfis because Honda is more advanced in terms of fuel saving technologies.
"For our fuel konsmsi not too worried. We believe the technology is always developed," confident.
